Coach Bill works with both individuals and groups to develop leadership skills to enable peak performance from themselves and their employees. As a Sherpa coach, he is adept at coaching organizational leaders in navigating the difficult environment of their jobs, addressing the many challenges and opportunities to help them reach their next level of success. He brings a blend of senior executive experience and insight to facilitate organizational succession planning.

Bill is a Certified Sherpa Executive Coach from Xavier University with masters' degrees in both education and hospital administration. He is a member of the International Coach Federation as well as Central Ohio Coaches, and Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has been CEO of two Ohio hospitals, owner and principal of two companies and a strategic planning consultant.

Bill has served as mentor to aspiring Sherpa coaches from both Penn State and Texas Christian Universities. He has served as a board member of not-for-profit and economic development organizations. He is currently serving on the board with an organization for the developmentally disabled. 		Personal Growth
