Ivan E. HarperThe focus of our work is "performance improvement", both for the individual and organization. We have been effective at both ends of the performance spectrum, i.e. with high potentials in the fast track, and also with those who might be experiencing difficulty. Most of our work is with management and professional staff, with coaching partners including Presidents, most C-level positions, Managers at all levels in various industries, and doctors and attorneys who want to enhance their managerial / organizational understanding. Ivan is professionally qualified / certified with the following instruments: Myers Briggs Type Indicator, 360 Feedback and Team Management Systems. We have more than 20 years experience with the Career Architect and other Lominger products, as well as successful experience with Succession Planning Systems and Individual Development Plans. |
